3. Mapping A Touchpoint To A Team

On the mapping page you can do and see a number of things.

First of all, when you have just created a new touchpoint, you will need to map it to a team. This is mandatory in order to be able to launch your touchpoint. Any touchpoint that has not been mapped yet, will appear at the top of the screen in the red bar.

Follow these steps to link your touchpoint to a team:

1
Click Select Team at the right side.
2
A dropdown will appear with a list of your teams in which you can select the right team. If you need a new team and you haven't created it yet, make sure to read this article.
3
In the overview, you will now see that your touchpoint is linked to a team.

4. Unlinking A Touchpoint And A Team

Finally, you can also unlink a touchpoint from a team. Keep in mind that this can only be done when no scores and feedback have come in for your touchpoint. You can see this by the lock symbol in the Mapping overview.

As you can see below, there are 2 touchpoints that have not been locked yet and one that is. The touchpoint Happy Fashion NPS - Store Visit will always be linked to the team Happy Fashion.

The other 2 touchpoints can still be unlinked and eventually mapped to another team. To unlink a team, click the Bin Icon in the middle.

A warning will pop up. To confirm your choice, click Break Link.

Your touchpoint will now appear in the red bar at the top again, where you can choose to map it.
