Supported software

When using the Hello Customer Platform

To use Hello Customer, you need:

• a browser that supports Javascript
• An up-to-date browser
• An internet connection.

Fully supported browsers:

• Google Chrome - latest version is recommended
• Mozilla FireFox - latest version is recommended
• Apple Safari (Mac only) - latest version is recommended
• MS Edge - latest version is recommended

Because our application uses a great deal of modern coding languages such as Javascript, we do not guarantee that older browsers will work perfectly. Therefore we recommend you not to use Internet Explorer (IE) as browser.

If you are using an older browser, please consider updating it to the latest version. An up-to-date browser is faster and safer.

Compatible email clients

The emails we send to respondents are sent in HTML format to ensure your design and lay-out settings are respected (logo, colours, links etc...).

Ultimately, it is up to the email client of the respondent (the software or website the respondent uses to read the email) to present the email just as we have coded it. Luckily, presentation issues only occur on very rare occasions. 

If a problem does happen, the email will look a bit different but the links inside the survey will work just fine. 

In general, all web-based email clients (consulted through a browser) will encounter no issues. MS Outlook software should work with versions after Outlook 2010.
