Help us help you better
Here at Hello Customer we love helping you efficiently and effectively. That's why it's a pity when we spend too many time trying to understand the issue. To let us help you better we compiled a list of elements you can include in your first e-mail so we get a full picture of what's going wrong and get to work straight away. Here are the most common elements:
- The touchpoint name. We know this is really obvious but it's the most important one and often forgotten.
- Screenshots, screenshots, screenshots. A picture says more than a 1000 words, so if you can include a screenshot we're always very grateful.
- Date ranges. There's lots of data to be found in the platform but of course, it will change according to the data range. To replicate the same numbers you are looking at, the data range comes in really handy.
- If something went wrong in the data upload: Were you uploading data using the API, FTPs or a manual upload? Different methods takes our search to different places.
- Does the app look weird? Your browser might be causing it. Let us know the browser and browser version and we'll check if the software is still supported.
