NOTE

Account settings are only accessible by administrators.

At the top right corner of your screen, you will see your user name. If you click on this, it will trigger a dropdown of which account settings is one option.

2. Settings

Account settings are mainly important to facilitate the set-up of your environment and to customize it to your needs.

2a. Language

If you create a new user, they will automatically get the default language chosen in your account settings. The options are French and English, since these are the two languages in which the platform is available.

Of course, you can still add users in the other platform language by simply changing the language while setting up a user.

2b. Sector and audience

By choosing a default sector and audience, these preferences will automatically be filled out when setting up a new touchpoint. Choosing the correct sector and audience is very important to get the most out of your text analysis. Get an overview of all the available sectors here.

Of course you can still change this in the touchpoint set-up if needed.

2c. Date range

The default date range has an impact on two things:

  • Your date picker: each time a user logs in, the default date range will be selected. In case you choose "no preference", the date picker will either be on current year or on the date selection of the last session of the user, depending on how much time has passed since the last login.
  • The evolution on the home page. The score and amount of responses are compared to a previous period. That previous period is based on the default date range, so for example a comparison between this quarter vs previous quarter. In case you select no preference, the evolution on the homepage will be a comparison between current month vs previous month.
