  1. Trustpilot

When surveying your customers via an e-mail touchpoint, you can ask your customers to also leave a trustpilot review either by:

  • Providing a general link to trustpilot in your thank you message (which is available to everyone after they filled in the survey)

  • If you only want to target customers that shared positive feedback, you can also set-up an autoresponder for positive scores only that contain a link to Trustpilot.

  1. Snowflake

By making use of our Snowflake connector, you can also select yourself the relevant feedbacks to be displayed on your website, app or internal screens. Snowflake is easily connectable to other applications in its ecosystem, like Geckoboard for example.

  1. Hello Customer dashboard

Our Hello Customer dashboards can be downloaded as PDF's and these PDF's can be shown on your internal screens every day or week to have the latest view on your CX performance as a company or team!

  1. Read: answers API call

With the API call Read: answers, you can also get the answers out of our platform. You can select yourself the relevant feedbacks to be displayed on your website, app or internal screens.
