Analysis - Renaming analysis tabs
Do you have a lot of questions in your survey? Are you finding it difficult to navigate through the tabs in the Analysis section because multiple tabs have the same name? With our new feature, you can now rename the tabs for different question types in the Analysis section. This will help you quickly locate the specific question data you need. You can also configure a display name for every available platform language, making it visible to all users.
1. Why use this feature?
When multiple of the same question types (such as multiple-choice or open-text questions) are used in a survey, all the tabs will show with the same name in the Analysis section. This can lead to confusion and difficulty in identifying the right tab. With this feature, you can assign clear and unique display names to each tab, providing a better experience for all users.
2. How to rename tabs
- Navigate to the Analysis section in the platform.
- Locate the question tab you want to rename.
- Click on the pencil icon which opens the interface to change the tab names.
- Set a display name for the tab in each user language available on the platform.
- Save your changes.
Now, the renamed tabs will display the new names for all users, making it easier to identify the contents of each tab at a glance.
3. Benefits
- Clear identification of question tabs, even when there are multiple of the same question type.
- Customized display names for each available language, improving clarity for multilingual teams.
- Easier navigation in the Analysis section with the added dropdown feature for browsing tabs.
4. Quick Tips
- Use the dropdown list to easily browse and navigate through the different results in the Analysis section. This allows you to quickly jump to the question you're looking for without scrolling through the entire list of tabs.
- Did you know that you can also use the dropdown list to edit the tab names? That way you can search for the tab(s) you want to change.
